I have a dream of impacting Higher Education and Leadership Development in African in a vision I call “A Vision of a Leadership City”. The proposed Leadership City is an education, training, research and development and industrial city to be located on a 1000-acre of land at the base of Mount Kenya. It’s birthed as a place where great leaders will be made with a vision of transforming people to transform their world. It will have pre-primary to secondary education, Leadership University, Executive Leadership Centre, R&D Centre, Agricultural Centre and Industrial Park among other facilities.

A fusion between education and industry with key focus on developing gifts, talents, R&D and lifelong learning will be the key factors in propelling Africa’s Rising. The result will be knowledge, skills and wisdom that will produce innovations and inventions in areas of agriculture, aviation, energy, biotechnology, transport, mobility, real estates, and hospitality among others. When these industries prosper, they generate jobs for students and resources to support education, training, research and development. This education-industry nexus is at the heart of my education vision.
